experience providing Organizational Development,
Organizational Change Management, and Project Management
consultation to public and private sector organizations.
She is an enthusiastic and practiced consultant with a
proven ability to cultivate high-performing teams, help
others develop their leadership skills and their ability
to effectively manage change.
Kindra has a Masters in Organizational Leadership and a
Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from
Chapman University. She has earned Change Management
Certification from Prosci, and Project Management
Certification from the University of Washington.
Kindra’s life motto is taken from the words of Roman
philosopher Seneca: “Luck is what happens when
preparation meets opportunity.” Her passion is helping
individuals and organizations prepare for bigger and
better things, so that when opportunities arise, they
are ready to grasp them.
